More than one million people worldwide have a recognised disability - yet the majority of websites are not accessible. Although there are official guidelines for digital accessibility, most creatives do not follow them or do not know how to implement them.

PERSPECTIVES aims to raise awareness of the relevance of the topic and illustrate its feasibility. The core of the platform is the information visualisation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, which allows users to see all the guidelines at a glance. The filtering of this visualisation also allows them to view only information that is relevant to them. This takes away the fear of complexity and makes it easier to get started with the topic.

97.4% of the world's largest websites do not offer full accessibility

Filtering the information visualisation allows creatives from all industries to quickly identify which guidelines are relevant to them.

All important technical terms relating to digital accessibility can be found in the glossary.

PERSPECTIVES has been honoured four times. The project was recognised at the European Design Award, the Annual Multimedia Award, the Universal Design Competition and the Creative Communication Award.
